Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Ashfall: Seven Rebirths. By playing, you agree to use the Game lawfully and accept its deliberate permadeath design.

Permadeath and local saves

Deaths permanently alter an active run. The seventh death intentionally deletes that run. Saves are kept locally and may be lost if you clear browser/app data, uninstall the app, change devices, use private browsing, or if storage is damaged. Zmenix cannot restore a deleted run.

License

Zmenix grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to play the Game. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, or exploit the Game except where applicable law expressly allows it.

Availability and changes

The Game is provided “as is.” Features, balancing, advertising cadence, platform availability, and these terms may change. We may suspend the Game for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

Advertising and third parties

The Android version may show limited third-party advertising at natural run-ending breaks. Third-party services and destinations have their own terms and privacy policies. Ads do not provide extra lives or reverse permadeath.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zmenix disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost progress, or lost data arising from use of the Game. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
